Gatineau Olympiques defeat Val-d’Or Foreurs 5-4 in shootout victory

CENTRE AIR CREEBEC, VAL-D’OR — Kieran Craig had a goal and 3 assists leading the Gatineau Olympiques to a 5-4 shootout victory over the Val-d’Or Foreurs in QMJHL action.

Thomas Pelletier scored a goal and two assists and Nicolas Ouellet scored two goals and added an assist for the Foreurs.

The Olympiques led 3-1 at the end of the first period led by goals from Craig, Pier-Olivier Roy and Metis Roelens. Ouellet scored for Val-d’Or.
