Blues, Husso agree to terms on one-year deal

The St. Louis Blues announced that the team has agreed to terms with goaltender Ville Husso on a one-year, two-way contract.

Husso, 24, appeared in 27 games with the AHL’s San Antonio Rampage last season, posting a record of 6-17-1 with a 3.67 goals-against average, an .871 save percentage and one shutout.

A fourth-round choice by the Blues in the 2014 NHL Draft, Husso has played 87 games over three AHL seasons with San Antonio and Chicago, with a record of 34-37-8, a 2.78 GAA, a .907 save percentage and six shutouts. He was named to the AHL All-Rookie Team in 2017-18.
