Bellville Senators hand Toronto Marlies fifth-straight loss with 4-1 decision

TORONTO – Mads Sogaard stopped 29 shots on Saturday, helping the Bellville Senators to a decisive 4-1 win over the Toronto Marlies.

Angus Crookshank, Joseph LaBate, Cole Cassels and Parker Kelly each had a goal for the Sens (12-15-1), and Jean-Christophe Beaudin tallied a pair of assists.

Joseph Duszak scored the lone goal for the Marlies (10-13-1), who’ve now lost five straight.

Toronto goalie Veini Vehvilainen stopped 24-of-28 shots.
