NHL Injury Notes Chip Alexanders and Jessaca Giglio: The Carolina Hurricanes will be without Jordan Martinook for the next six to eight weeks as he’ll be having surgery to repair a core muscle injury. Martinook had surgery back on May 21st to repair a core muscle injury. Julien Gauthier has been recalled by the Hurricanes.
