San Jose Sharks star defenseman Erik Karlsson and center Tomas Hertl are both out Tuesday for Game 6 of the Western Conference finals against the St. Louis Blues.
Karlsson will be sidelined because of a groin injury while Hertl took a hard hit to the head in Game 5.
Center Joe Pavelski also will be a game-time decision Tuesday because of an undisclosed injury.
